Ezechiel 31:8

SV	De cederen in Gods hof verduisterden hem niet, de dennebomen waren zijn takken niet gelijk, en de kastanjebomen waren niet gelijk zijn scheuten; geen boom in Gods hof was hem gelijk in zijn schoonheid.
WLC	אֲרָזִ֣ים לֹֽא־עֲמָמֻהוּ֮ בְּגַן־אֱלֹהִים֒ בְּרֹושִׁ֗ים לֹ֤א דָמוּ֙ אֶל־סְעַפֹּתָ֔יו וְעַרְמֹנִ֥ים לֹֽא־הָי֖וּ כְּפֹֽארֹתָ֑יו כָּל־עֵץ֙ בְּגַן־אֱלֹהִ֔ים לֹא־דָמָ֥ה אֵלָ֖יו בְּיָפְיֹֽו׃
Trans.	’ărāzîm lō’-‘ămāmuhû bəḡan-’ĕlōhîm bərwōšîm lō’ ḏāmû ’el-sə‘apōṯāyw wə‘arəmōnîm lō’-hāyû kəfō’rōṯāyw kāl-‘ēṣ bəḡan-’ĕlōhîm lō’-ḏāmâ ’ēlāyw bəyāfəywō:

AC	ח ארזים לא עממהו בגן אלהים--ברושים לא דמו אל סעפתיו וערמנים לא היו כפראתיו כל עץ בגן אלהים--לא דמה אליו ביפיו
ASV	The cedars in the garden of God could not hide it; the fir-trees were not like its boughs, and the plane-trees were not as its branches; nor was any tree in the garden of God like unto it in its beauty.
BE	No cedars were equal to it in the garden of God; the fir-trees were not like its branches, and plane-trees were as nothing in comparison with its arms; no tree in the garden of God was so beautiful.
Darby	The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him; the cypresses were not like his boughs, and the plane-trees were not as his branches: no tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty.

Sch	Die Zedernbäume im Garten Gottes übertrafen ihn nicht, die Zypressen waren seinen Ästen nicht zu vergleichen, die Platanen waren nicht wie seine Äste; kein Baum im Garten Gottes war ihm zu vergleichen in seiner Schönheit.
