De naam van de ster werd absintalsem genoemd en een derde van de wateren werd absintalsem en veel mensen stierven van het water, omdat het bitter was gemaakt.

SVEn de naam der ster wordt genoemd Alsem; en het derde [deel] der wateren werd tot alsem; en vele mensen zijn gestorven van de wateren, want zij waren bitter geworden.
