pack up the baggage (τὰ σκεύη), and so, carry away, remove, τὴν ἀγορὰν εἴσω Xenophon Historicus “Anabasis” 6.2.8, etc. ; ἀ. τοὺς Ἀθηναίους ἐκ θαλάττης divert them from naval enterprise, Philostratus Sophista “Vitae Sophistarum” 1.17.3, compare 1.25.7 :— in middle, break up camp, march away, Thucydides Historicus 1.18; κατεσκευάζετο καὶ πάλιν ἀ. Xenophon Historicus “Institutio Cyri (Cyropaedia)” 8.5.2, etc.
